4C Group Celebrates Excellence and Milestones at the Annual Awards Ceremony 2025

4C Group marked its Annual Awards Ceremony in style on 1st May at The Westin London City Hotel — a memorable evening dedicated to celebrating exceptional talent and contributions across the organisation. Rooted in the company’s core values of community and collaboration, the event celebrated work anniversaries, key milestones, and the outstanding quality and excellence demonstrated by our team members throughout the group.
Trophies and prizes were awarded across eleven categories, celebrating the dedication, leadership, and impact of both individuals and teams. Nominees were put forward by their peers, with the final winners carefully chosen by the 4C Group board after a thoughtful selection process.
A comedy magic performance by the talented duo Norvil & Josephine captivated the audience, blending illusion and humour to keep everyone entertained.
The table decorations were beautifully crafted by the talented team at Designer Flowers of London, who brought the Alice in Wonderland theme to life, transforming each table into its whimsical wonderland.
The glamorous evening welcomed around 120 team members from hotels across the UK, offering a chance to connect, share stories, and celebrate their collective achievements.
Raffle tickets were handed out throughout the evening, with a wide array of exciting prizes up for grabs — including hotel stays, afternoon tea vouchers at The Savoy, Remarkable Pad devices, spa treatments, and much more.
