4C Group ESG Director honoured on 2026 Women of the Future list

4C Group is delighted to announce that Soraiya Salemohamed, ESG Director, has been named one of the Women of the Future: 50 Rising Stars in ESG 2026. The annual list, run by the Women of the Future Programme founded by Pinky Lilani CBE DL and supported this year by headline sponsor Bupa, celebrates women aged 35 and under from around the world who are leading across environmental, social and governance work. Soraiya is one of 50 women recognised internationally this year, and one of the listees representing Europe.
At 4C Group, Soraiya leads digital transformation across the Group’s hotels, streamlining operations and improving the guest experience. Alongside this, she drives the adoption of the Group’s sustainability strategy, building an environmentally responsible culture across teams and bringing renewable solutions into day-to-day operations.
Beyond 4C Group, Soraiya is an active voice in hospitality’s wider sustainability conversation. She has also partnered with the University of Surrey to create opportunities for students to share knowledge and put their learning into practice.
