The Haydon – City Living Redefined

The Haydon is a contemporary residential building in the heart of the City of London with apartments offering far-reaching panorama views across London. It comprises of 87 luxury homes situated in the beautiful urban oasis of East London. Embracing city living, The Haydon blends comfort, style and a range of elegantly delivered amenities. The residents wake up to breathtaking views of London with floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a modern gym with a spa pool, a dedicated yoga room and a fitness studio. Impeccably crafted inside and out, a sequence of perforated corrugated aluminium cladding panels is used to create a metal curtain that gives privacy and filtered transparency to the residents. A number of perforation patterns were tested to create the impression of a soft and fluid metal veil.
The Haydon’s facade is inspired by metal chain mail aprons and gloves used by butchers when this site was a holding pen for the adjacent Butchers Row. A sequence of perforated corrugated metal panels is used to create a metal curtain that gives privacy and filtered transparency to the residents.

Lady Mayoress of the City of London, Elisabeth Mainelli, inaugurated The Haydon Gardens, a serene oasis established and run by the Aldgate Community Garden Club. As part of The Haydon project, 4C Group is delighted to support this initiative to enrich community connections through enhanced green spaces.
Just a couple of minutes from Aldgate station, this residential tower is within a 10-minute walk of five stations, including the iconic Tower of London and Tower Bridge, it stands out as a remarkable living space. Before you know it, you could be doing business in Canary Wharf, window shopping on Bond Street or taking a stroll in Green Park. With the Elizabeth Line, you can get to Heathrow from Liverpool Street in just over half an hour.
