An Evening of Humanitarian Dialogue Hosted by 4C Group and UK for UNHCR

4C Group was delighted to host an evening of reflection and conversation with UK for UNHCR, focused on the ongoing global humanitarian crisis. The gathering took place at the Hithe + Seek at The Westin London City, where a group of philanthropic and business leaders came together to connect, share stories, and engage in meaningful dialogue around UNHCR’s mission and the urgent needs of displaced communities worldwide.
The event created a meaningful space for thoughtful dialogue among passionate changemakers, including Al-karim Nathoo, CEO of 4C Group and Founding Advisory Board Member for the UK for UNHCR, whose leadership and dedication were instrumental in bringing the evening to life. Guests were deeply inspired by personal insights from Vicky Tennant, UNHCR Representative to the UK, who reflected on more than two decades of experience advocating for refugees through her work with the UN Refugee Agency.
One of the most moving moments of the evening came from Hessam Amiri, whose powerful story of displacement and resilience resonated deeply with everyone in the room. The atmosphere was made even more special by the enchanting sounds of the kora, performed by Malick Kouyate, a talented musician from Senegal.
