Celebrating Talent, Dedication, and Success: 4C Group Annual Awards Ceremony 2026

4C Group hosted its appreciation and recognition Ceremony to celebrate and recognise the achievements of both standout individuals and teams over the past 12 months. Held at The Westin London City Hotel, this year’s celebration was themed “A Journey to Oz,” bringing a sense of magic and inspiration to an evening honouring talent and achievement.
The evening was compered by Neil Taylor, Managing Director of 4C Group, with awards formally presented by our Chairman, Bashir Nathoo and CEO Al-karim Nathoo alongside members of the 4C leadership team. Trophies and prizes were awarded across thirteen distinguished categories, celebrating the outstanding commitment, innovation, leadership, and contributions demonstrated by both individuals and teams throughout the organisation.
Award nominees and recipients were selected through a combination of peer recommendations and key measurement criteria that reflect the respect and recognition earned from colleagues across the business, with finalists selected by the 4C Senior Leadership Team.
A separate ceremony was held to honour our team members who had hit key length of service milestones with the group, which included 5, 10, 15 and 30 years of service.

Further strengthening its development pipeline, 4C Group and Regal secured planning approval in 2025 for the redevelopment of 33–35 Jamestown Road in Camden. The scheme will deliver 178 purpose-built student accommodation bedrooms alongside 27 affordable homes, complemented by flexible commercial space, enhanced green infrastructure, and an architectural approach inspired by Camden’s distinctive character and heritage.
