Last week, the Commercial team at The Westin London City took part in an intensive four-day Luxury Sales Edge Training, delivered by Signature Worldwide. The programme was designed to sharpen sales techniques within the luxury hospitality space, equipping team members with practical tools, proven strategies, and a fresh outlook on delivering truly elevated guest experiences.
The sessions explored the nuances of luxury service and the art of connecting meaningfully with guests — from the first conversation through to the lasting impression. With a strong focus on language, listening, and authenticity, the training reinforced how small shifts in approach can create powerful and memorable interactions.
