From Stone Town with Distinction: Three Wins for Turaco Spice Tree

Turaco Spice Tree, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Zanzibar, has secured three continental accolades at the 2026 World Luxury Hotel Awards, celebrating its heritage, hotel brand and leadership.
The hotel, part of 4C Group’s portfolio, was named the Africa winner in three categories:
- Best Luxury Heritage Hotel
- Best Luxury Hotel Brand
- Best General Manager
The triple win marks a significant achievement for the Stone Town property and an opportunity to recognise the people who shape its guest experience every day.
Located in a restored former courthouse, Turaco Spice Tree offers a stay closely connected to Zanzibar’s history and culture.
