The UK’s first Canopy by Hilton welcomes its General Manager – Beatriz Orta

We are delighted to welcome Beatriz Orta as the General Manager of Canopy by Hilton London City Hotel.
With over 20 years of experience across Europe, including 10 years in Central London, Beatriz has worked with a variety of companies and brands. Notably, 4C Hotel Group’s flagship hotel; Holiday Inn Camden Lock, being amongst the most recent.
Prior to this, Beatriz served as the Value Centre General Manager at the Cumberland Hotel, a 1019-bedroom hotel in Marble Arch now rebranded as the Hard Rock Hotel London.
The Canopy by Hilton London City is a lifestyle hotel featuring 340 rooms including 35 suites. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel comes with a rooftop terrace, café & bar, and a destination restaurant. The hotel is due to open in the first quarter of 2021.
Beatriz commented, “I am absolutely thrilled to be opening the first Canopy hotel in the UK and really looking forward to continuing my journey with the 4C Hotel Group. A very exciting opportunity to work with Hilton’s lifestyle brand and introduce it to the London market.”
