4C Group makes the shortlist on the Caterer’s Top 30 Best Places to Work in Hospitality Awards 2024.

Now entering its tenth year, The Caterer Best Places to Work in Hospitality Awards 2024 held on 9th May in London, celebrated companies that are paving the way in employment best practices and employee engagement within the hospitality industry.
4C Group made it into the top 30 companies and achieved an overall score of 86%. The criteria for the award focuses solely on employee feedback, who answered questions on what they consider important at work and how well 4C Group fulfills these.
This award means a lot to 4C Group as the company has taken significant steps in the past couple of years to connect with the team members and provide benefits and solutions that support them both in their personal and professional lives. Idy Udo, Group Director of Administration 4C Group commented, ‘‘We now have dedicated People and Culture Teams across the business driving through on engagement action plans, suggestion boxes available for team members, an employee-led football league and a dedicated cohort of Mental Health First Aiders. We are working towards being a people-centric business and this award celebrates it.’’
Earlier this year in an effort to showcase team culture and job opportunities, 4C Group invited perspective team members, partners, and educators to its first Careers Fair.
